We wish to afford the artist the maximum opportunity to benefit by their work and we ask therefore that customers respect the artist’s ownership of their images and respect their copyright.
All works are protected by copyright. The images on this site may not be copied, printed or reproduced on any medium or other websites or social media (except via links provided). Media and Press images are supplied separately from the product images on this site.
The site is built using Wordpress and Woocommerce and propriety software. It is also protected by copyright.
Return policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. If your order has not been fulfilled within 10 days of your order, we need to be notified.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and reshipment costs may be due. We will require an updated address from you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and the cost of a reshipment would need to be paid.
Returned by Customer – If you return the goods you agree to cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning goods because an incorrect size has been supplied, it will be replaced provided that it does not match your order. If you have ordered an incorrect size in error, please contact us and we will help where possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore our manufacturer reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
